WHILE DRILLING HOLE HIS GLOVE STUCK TO PINNERY STEEL & STRAINED HIS RIGHT WRIST. HE DID NOT REPORT ACCIDENT UNTIL 1/1/02, WAS GIVEN BANDAGE & MEDICATION FOR PAIN AS NEEDED.
