7AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 6TH WEST LONGWALL ENTRY #2 AT 1500' WEST. THE FALL WAS ~20' LONG, ~25' WIDE, AND ~12-14' THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MI NERS. THE FALL WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP. FALL #19A.
