INJURED WAS BENDING A 6' ROOF BOLT TO PUSH IN HOLE WHEN HE FELT A PULL IN HIS GROIN AREA, RIGHT SIDE. INJURED WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND RECEIVED 2 SHOTS AND MEDICATION FOR PAIN AS NEEDED. RETURNE D TO WORK THE NEXT SHIFT ON LIGHT DUTY.
