EMPLOYEE IS A MAINTENANCE LABORER AND HIS DUTIES INCLUDE STEAM CLEANING OF MOBILE EQUIPMENT. ON OR ABOUT 12-20-01, A COWORKER NOTICED REDNESS IN THE AFFECTED EMPLOYEE'S EYE. THE CONDITION SPRE AD TO BOTH EYES AND ON 12-27-01 HE NOTIFIED HIS SUPERVISOR. HE WAS SEEN BY A DR ON 12-28-01 AND GIVEN PRESCRIPTION EYE MEDICATION. HE RETURNED HIS NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT.
