Narrative

A DUST IGNITION OCCURRED IN THE FACE OF #2 ENTRYON THE 3-A SECTION. AN ORANGE FLAME WAS REPORTEDAS THE MINER HEAD WAS SUMPED INTO THE FACE APPROXIMATELY 3' TO 4' ABOVE THE BOTTOM. THE FLAME LA STED A FEW SECONDS AND SELF-EXTINGUISHED.
