EE STATES HE WAS DESCENDING OFF THE STAIRS ON THE TRACTOR. HE WAS FACING OUT, INSTEAD OF HIS BODY TURNED AROUND. HIS LEFT FOOT HIT THE GROUND WA HIS LEFT KNEE BUCKLED.
