Narrative

WHEN THE EMPLOYEE COMPLETED DRILLING A HOLE, HE LEANED THE DRILL STEEL AGAINST THE DRILL. WHEN HE FINISHED INSTALLING THE BOLT, HE LOWERED THE BOLTER HEAD AND REACHED FOR THE STEEL AT THE SAM E TIME. THE HEAD STRUCK THE DRILL STEEL CAUSING IT TO KICK OUT OF HIS HAND AND STRIKE HIM ON THE CHIN.
