EE WAS CUTTING CONVEYOR FRAMEWORK WITH TORCH WHEN A SECTION OF THE CONVEYOR CAME LOOSE & BUMPED THE TORCH INTO HIS RIGHT FOREARM. IT BURNED THRUHIS JACKET & CREATED A 2ND DEGREE BURN TO ARM.
