EE STATED WHILE OPERATING BEAVER DRILL HE HAD FINISHED BOLT AND WAS MOVING DRILL HIS FOOT IN HOLE IN BOTTOM. FELL DRILL FELL OVER AND LANDED ON CHEST, FELL ON WRIST AND HIT ON TRACK RAIL, BENT HAND AND WRIST BACK.
