EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO DRILL A 13/8"" HOLE IN METALUSING A HOLE SAW & 1/2"" DRILL. THE SAW GRABBED THE METAL CAUSING THE DRILL TO SPIN & TWISTED EE'S RIGHT HAND CAUSING INJURY. EE HAD BEEN DOING'J OB WITH NO RESTRICTIONS BUT HIS HAND CON'T TO BOTHER HIM AFTER 2 MORE CHECKUPS DR DECIDED SURGERY WAS NECESSARY. EE HAD SURGERY 12/31/02 & WASPLACED ON RESTRICTED WORK DUTY.
