Narrative

SKIPS BOTH TORQUED COW. IT APPEARS THAT SOUTH SKIP HIT THE CONCRETE BELOW MID SHAFT. THIS CAUSED THE SOUTH SKIP TO SWING AROUND COW INTO THE NORTH SKIP. THE HOIST ROPES WERE CHANGED AND SEEMED TO HAVE CURED THE PROBLEM.
