Narrative

WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WASHOVELING INTO THE 1104 DRAGLINE, THE TIPPING VALVES OPENED UP, BLOWING DUST OUT OF THE INSPECTION COVER HITTING THE EMPLOYEE IN THE EYES, CAUSING AN ABRASION TO BOTH EYES.
