EE WAS WATCHING LOW PRESSURE END OF PUMP DISCHARGE WHEN PLUG IN 4"" LINE DISCHARGED, CAUSING 4"" RUBBER HOSE TO STRIKE EE IN CHEST, KNOCKING HIM DOWN. HIT BACK OF HEAD ON ROCKS.
