## Narrative

EE WAS CUTTING ACROSS A 42"" CONVEYOR BELT, THE BELT WAS WADDED UP SO A BELT CUTTER COULD NOT BE USED AT THIS TIME. WHEN EE GOT TO THE EDGE OF THE BELT, THE BLADE CAME THROUGH & STRUCK EE IN RT THIGH RESULTING IN A SMALL LACERATION THAT REQUIRED 1 SUTURE TO CLOSE WOUND. EE RTW NORMAL DUTIES.
