EE WAS BURNING CRANE CABLE WITH CUTTING TORCH. TORCH DEVELOPED LEAK & IGNITED, CAUSING BURN TO HAND. UNBURNED GAS MAY HAVE ENTERED GLOVE AT CUFFR THEN IGNITED AS BURNING CABLE PRODUCED SPARKS.
