EE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO SEPARATE DRILLED SLABS WHEN HE SLIPPED OUT OF THE DRILL HOLE & FELL DOWN HITTING HIS LOWER BACK. EE SUFFERED A BACK SPRAIN & BRUISING.
