EE WAS ASSIGNED DUTIES OF STEMMING HOLES ON THE COAL BLASTING CREW. SOMETIME DURING THE SHIF WIND-BORNE COAL PARTICLES ENTERED HIS EYE. FLUSHING OUT THE PARTICLE WAS INEFFECTIVE, SO THEY WERE REMOVED BY A PHYSICIAN THE FOLLOWING DAY. NO WORK WAS MISSED. PRESCRIPTION EYE MEDICATION WAS NEEDED.
