EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING A BELT SPLICE WHEN THE UTLITY KNIFE HE WAS USING SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO CUT HIS THIGH. EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED A LACERATION THAT NEEDED 5 STITCHES.
