INJURED WAS USING OXY/ACETYLENE TORCH TO CUT STEEL. FLAME WENT OUT AND WHILE HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO RETRIEVE HIS STRIKER TO RE-LIGHT TORCH, THE TORCH CONTINUED TO FLOW GASES, WHICH ACCUMULATED I N HIS GLOVE, AND WHEN HE RE-LIT THE TORCH THEY CAUGHT FIRE, BURNING HIS HAND.
