EMPLOYEE HAD GOTTEN OFF ROCK TRUCK FOR LUNCH. WAS CLIMBING BACK UP LADDER WHEH HE STRUCK KNEE ON HAND RAIL, FELT KNEE GIVE WAY FELL BACK TO GROUND, LEFT KNEE TISSUE DAMAGE.
