EE WAS DRIVING A CATERPILLAR 777 ROCK TRUCK & SHE CLAIMS SHE WAS BEING JOLTED WHEN THE EXCAVATOR WAS LOADING HER. SHE STARTED TO GET PAIN IN HER LOWER BACK & DID NOT FINISH THE SHIFT.
