Narrative

THE EE STATED HE WAS BOLTING RIBS WHEN THE DRILL MAST WAS MOVED BACK INTO POSITION AND CAUGHT THE PILE OF HEADERS ON THE MACHINE AND FLIPPED THE AUGER DRILL STEEL WHICH STRUCK HIS NECK.
