EE WAS INSTALLING A ROOF BOLT WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL & STRUCK HIM IN THE NOSE. THIS INJURY REQUIRED THE EE TO RECEIVE SUTURES TO A LACERATION ON HIS NOSE.
