Narrative

A CRC CLEANER WAS BEING USED TO CLEAN. THERE WAS STILL SOME RESIDUE & POCKETS OF VAPORS WHEN WELDING STARTED. THE CRC IGNITED CAUSING 1ST & 2ND DEGREE BURNS.
