A FALL OCCURRED ON THE 003-0 SECTION IN THE #7 ENTRY OF THE #1 NORTH PANEL. FALL WAS APPROX 100' LONG, 20' WIDE, 6-8' HIGH. BOLTS IN USE WERE 4' FULLY GROUTED & 12' CABLE BOLTS. THE AREA WAS T IMBERED OFF & WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP.
