AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE GALATIA NORTH 6W HEADGATE #2 ENTRY 800 WEST. THE FALL WAS ~50' L X ~18' W X ~10-15'T. THE FALLDID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FA LL WILL BE CLEANED UP.
