Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS TORQUING BOLTS ON A MILL BUT THE SOCKET DID NOT FIT SQUARE ON THE BOLT. HE TRIED TO ADJUST IT THEN HIT THE TRIGGER SMASHING HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE AREA AND THE BOLT.
