Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OUT OF SCOOP DECK WHEN HE STEPPED INTO A RUT IN THE ROADWAY. HE STARTED TO FALL AND WHILE RATCHING HIMSELF HE TWISTED HIS LOW BACK.
