Narrative

EE WAS TRYING TO INSTALL A 5' PIN WHEN HE USED HIS RIGHT HAND TO PUSH PIN OUT OVER CHUCK OF BOLTER. HE HIT THE ROTATION BY ACCIDENT CAUSING THE PIN TO SPIN. THE PIN AND PLATE CAUGHT HIS GLOVE CAUSING IT TO BREAK HIS WRIST AND ARM.
