EMPLOYEE WAS A PASSENGER ON A MANTRIP TRAVELING TO THE SURFACE WHEN IT COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER MANTRIP. EE BUMPED HIS HEAD ON THE GRATING INSIDE THE MANTRIP RESULTING IN A LACERATION REQUIRING 4 STITCHES.
