EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE BUCKET HOIST WHEN THE GLOVE ON HIS LEFT HAND GOT ENTANGLED IN THE PULLEY, RESULTING IN A LACERATION WHICH REQUIRED SUTURES AND A FRACTURE TO HIS LITTLE FINGERTIP.
