EE WAS USING 5' STEEL BAR TO SLEW PIPE. HE HAD TO CROSS PIPE SO HE ATTEMPTED TO STICK BAR IN GROUND. STUCK POINT OF BAR INTO TOP OF FOOT BEHIND STEEL TOES. RECEIVED WOUND REQUIRING 2 STITCHES.
