Narrative

ROOF BOLTER OPERATOR WAS TRAMMING BOLTER. OPERATOR CAUGHT BACK OF COVERALLS ON ROOF BOLT IN A LOW SPOT IN THE AREA. SPRAINED BACK MUSCLES. TOOK TWO DAYS OFF. HE WORKED TILL QUIT TIME.
