EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A LEE NORSE 200 REMOTE CONTROL MINER. WHILE PULLING UP CABLE HIS FOOT GOT CAUGHT IN A LOOP OF CABLE CAUSING HIM TO TWIST & FALL BACKWARD RESULTING IN A BROKEN LOWER LEG.
