Narrative

EE HAD GOTTEN OFF OF HIS SHUTTLE CAR TO HANG A WING CURTAIN WHEN HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO GET BACK ON HIS SHUTTLE CAR HE STEPPED ON A ROCK CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS RT. KNEE. THE KNEE CONTINUED TO HURT AND ON 5-1-02 HE RECIEVED A CORTISONE SHOT.
