DURING A WEEKLEY EXAMINATION AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL WAS DISCOVERED ON 2 EAST MAINS BETWEEN SURVEY STATIONS 7249 AND 7461 IN THE FORMER TRACK ENTRY. DIMENSIONS WERE ESTIMATED AT 80' IN LENG TH BY 22' WIDE BY 6"" IN HEIGHT.
