EE REACHED DOWN THROUGH JAW GUIDE ON SLOT DRILL TO PULL ON AIR HOSE AND GRABBED THE WRONG LEVER, WHICH CLOSED JAWS ON HIS LEFT ARM, CRUSHING HIS ARM AND BREAKING THE BONE.
