Narrative

EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT WHILE WELDING ON A FRONT END LOADING ARM A WELDING SPARK ENTERED HIS RIGHT EAR. HE ALLEGES THAT IT BURNED FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES THEN IT QUIT HURTING SO HE FORGOT ABOUT IT.
