EMPLOYEE HAD JUST POSITIONED THE TRACK ADJUSTER CYLINDER IN THE SWING FRAME WHEN IT SLIPPED AND SMASHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE CYLINDER AND THE TRACK RAIL.
