BACKFILLING ON D-9L, EMPLOYEE SAW BOYS RIDING ON PROPERTY ON BIKES. HE TRIED TO GET OFF THE MACHINE TO STOP THEM SO THEY WOULD NOT GET HURT AND HE SLIPPED. HE TRIED TO BREAK HIS FALL AND BROKE BOTH ELBOWS.
