USING Z DRILL TO DRILL HOLE FOR ROOF BOLT ALONG WALKWAY OF BELTLINE. AS HE WAS DRILLING HOLE, THE BIT CAUGHT ON SANDSTONE ROCK. THE DRILL SPUN &HE HELD ON, STRUCK HIS RIBS AGAINST BELT STRUCTU RE. LOST WORKDAYS BEGAN 6-10-02.
