AT THE CRABAPPLE PORTAL, CONTRACTORS WERE REMOVING THEIR METAL VENTILATION TUBING & LOST CONTROLOF IT, AND IT FELL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM INSPECTIONLANDING. DAMAGE TO GOVENOR ROPE PULLEY CONDUIT & BUFFER SWITCHES. NO INJURIES.
