Narrative

HE WAS INSTALLING A 5' RESIN ROOF BOLT INTO A DRILLED HOLE AND THE BOLT BENT. AS HE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE THE BOLT FROM THE HOLE, HE USED THE DRILL ROTATION AND THE BOLT STRUCK HIS RIGHT WRIST.
