AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 7TH SOUTH 5TH NORTH SEALS INTERSECTION OF #2 SEAL AT365' APPROX. 40'LONG BY 18'WIDE BY 12-20'THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FALL WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP.
