Narrative

PULLED DRAW ROCK; AFTER PULLED ROCK ANOTHER ROCK FELL BETWEEN THE RIB AND BOLT STRIKING HEAD, CHEEK, LEFT SHOULDER & NOSE. THIS PUSHED HIM INTO THE ROOF BOLTER CAUSING A CUT TO HIS RIGHT ARM & HIS LEFT HAND.
