REMOVING BOLTS FROM FORMS ON ""B"" SIDE OF WALL. ASKED TOPMAN TO BUMP UP ON WINCHES. DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION WINCHES WERE RUN UP UNTIL PAD EYES BROKE & HIT EMPLOYEE.
