Narrative

BACKING ROOF BOLTER OUT OF FACE HE HAD HIS RIGHT FOOT OUTSIDE OF THE OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT AND CAUGHT HIS FOOT BETWEEN THE ROOF BOLTER AND LOOSE COAL AND ROCK ON THE MINE FLOOR.
