Narrative

A ROOF FALL WAS FOUND AT 6:30PM ON 6/24/02 AT XC 18 4RMS MMU003. THE FALL WAS IN A FOUR WAY INTERSECTION THAT WAS MINED IN MARCH OF 2000.AREA WAS BOLTED WITH 6' RESIN PINS. NO INJURY RESULTED BUT AN INTAKE STOPPING WAS DESTROYED.
