THE NO 1 PORTAL ELEVATOR WENT DOWN AT 8:41 AM DUE TO THE BRAKES WERE DRAGGING & TRIPPED THE OVERLOAD. NO ONE WAS ON THE ELEVATOR WHEN IT WENT DOWN. THE BRAKES & BRAKE DRUM WERE CLEANED & ALSO THE BK & PBK CONTACTORS. THE ELEVATOR WAS TESTED & RETURNED TO SERVICE AT 1:30 PM
