OUR SHAFT HOIST RUPTURED A HYD HOSE AT 12:30 AM ON 6-22-02. THE HOSE WAS REPLACED & HYD OIL REPLACED IN THE SYSTEM & THE HOIST WAS OPERATIONAL 1.5 HRS LATER AT 2:00 AM.
